GOLD-AIRE Limited is an Air-conditioning
and Refrigeration Company. Our company was incorporated on
3rd March 1993 and started active trading on August 1st 2002.
Our goal is to supply dynamic needs-oriented service. We are
dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our
customers and specialize in helping our clients run efficient,
successful operations.
Our clients range from major industrial operations, manufacturers
to small commercial businesses.
We are on the list of Government approved Air-conditioning
and Refrigeration contractors to do undertake projects in
Jamaica.
Management Team
Our management team includes individuals with more than twenty
years in the field of Refrigeration and Air conditioning.
Directors
Kenneth Tomlinson (Chairman)
Kenneth Tomlinson is the Receiver/Manager for a wide range
of companies in the Local economy. Prior to his involvement
with Gold-Aire limited Mr. Tomlinson served as Accountant
at Jamaica Flour Mills, Vice president of Digital Services,
General Manager Digital Transtec Jamaica and Forensic Accountant
with Ernst & Young at Finsac Ltd.
Mr.Tomlinson also founded Basix Trading company limited
and Business Recovery services where he is the CEO.
Kerville Johnson (Technical Director)
Kerville Johnson is a factory trained Technician who specializes
in VILTER Amonia systems and York model Centrifugal &
Reciprocating Chillers. His expertise include the installation
and servicing of Building Managent systems and repair to
all brands of industrial refrigeration equipment. Prior
to Joining GOLD-AIRE Limited Mr. Johnson served as Service
Manager and as a Service Contractor at the local YORK &
VILTER Dealer Geddes Refrigeration Limited.
Derick Goulbourne (Director)
Derick Goulbourne is an Air conditioning and Refrigeration
specialist with more than eighteen (18) years experience
in the field of Air conditioning design and project management.
Prior to joining GOLD-AIRE Limited Mr. Goulbourne served
as Engineering Manager at the local York & VILTER Authorized
dealer and prior to that served as Installation Engineer
with the local Carrier Dealer.
SERVICES OFFERED
We service and repair all major Brands of Air conditioning
and Refrigeration Systems. We supply and install equipment
and spare parts for all major Brands.
In addition we repair, install and supply parts to:
Carrier, Trane, York, Vilter, Copeland and Dunham Bush compressors.
