Gold-Aire offer our clients a choice of four
service contract plans which are designed to meet their specific
requirements.

Time and Material
This covers labour, material and parts
for operation inspection, preventative Maintenance Service,
Seasonal startups and shutdowns, Lubrications and adjustments.
Also included is cleaning, emergency calls, repairs and
written reports.
This is geared to customers with large equipment such
as centrifugal chillers.
Inspection Maintenance
This include labour for a fixed amount
of visit per year, seasonal startups and shutdowns, lubrication,
adjustment of controls, belt and pulleys, routine cleaning
such as air filters, vacuuming of coils, fans and cabinet,
submission of written reports. This plan is recommended
for residential and some commercial customers.
Full Coverage (Labour only)
This include labour for inspection maintenance
plus minor repairs and emergency calls. This plan is designed
primarily for commercial customers
Full Coverage
This include labour, material and parts
for inspection maintenance plan plus minor repairs and
emergency calls. This plan is for industrial customers.
Note: All our contract
customers are offered discounted rates for service and repairs.
Gold-Aire service and repair all major
brands of equipment including Witt, Heat craft, York, Carrier,
Trane, McQuay and Vilter.
SUPPLY
OF EQUIPMENT
Gold-Aire supply and install the YORK and
FUJI brand of residential equipment including cassette units,
wall mounted mini-split with wireless remote controls and
ducted splits.
Gold-Aire supply the Carrier and York model commercial equipment
including packaged units, split units and air cooled and water
cooled chillers.
Gold-Aire supply the witt and heat craft brand of refrigeration
condensers
PARTS
Gold-Aire carry essential spares for
our contract clients and have develop strategic alliances
with major suppliers to provide parts on demand.
